ABF operates through a diversified group of businesses such as Jordans, Twinings and Primark. This FTSE 100 leader wanted to keep senior executives from finding and taking up roles outside the business. We created an online destination to support the executive career development with the aim to help these executives identify career opportunities within the group by having a place to research online prior to a ‘career conversation’.

By creating a destination named ‘Career Conversations’ it had a clear role. A site that encourages conversations, providing ABF employees (and to some degree external applicants) a window into the world of ABF, bringing its businesses and people to life whilst enabling the audience to research the roles and businesses to see what opportunities could lie ahead.

Career Conversations

The website that can be accessed from a desk or on the move. It presented clear points of detail on the ABF businesses, types of roles available within the group, and convey career path stories via a series of engaging videos with key people. Animations help master classes learnings and help to share knowledge.

Engaging the audience

The website has exceeded ABFs expectations. It has brought the businesses and their cultures to life in an engaging way that makes it a go-to destination for a whole range of uses beyond the original specification, including orientation of new executives, attraction of future employees and as an educational resource in its own right. Compelling 
online experience through information and delivery of content.
